First proof-of-principle experiment of quantum repeaters with all photonics
Prof. Takashi Yamamoto, Assistant Prof. Rikizo Ituta and Guest Prof. Nobuyuki Imoto of our division have succeeded in demonstrating a first proof-of-principle experiment of quantum repeaters, by adopting all-photonic quantum repeater protocol which enables a global quantum network only with optical devices.
